Terms of Service
Updated: October 23, 2026.
Scope and publisher
These terms apply to digitalanalytics.guide, its companion application, downloadable resources, and the ClientLab and CaseLab plugins published by Stéphane Hamel.
These services support learning and professional practice in marketing and digital analytics. Use them in accordance with these terms, any instructions accompanying a resource, and applicable law.
Access, accounts and free use
The site’s tools are free during beta. ClientLab and CaseLab are offered as free educational tools. Using them does not make a purchase; book purchases and third-party services have their own terms.
Some resources require an account or approved teaching access. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and do not use another person’s account without authorization.
Experimental features may change or be discontinued. Keep a copy of important work and exports. A service interruption or change does not reduce your statutory rights.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the tools and resources made available for personal, educational and professional activities, subject to their accompanying licenses and instructions. Access does not transfer ownership of books, software, trademarks or documents.
Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights, even when publicly accessible. Including a document in a reference corpus does not grant general permission to republish it.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain the rights you hold in the documents and information you provide. Make sure you have the necessary permissions and comply with confidentiality obligations, copyright, and your institution’s or organization’s rules.
Do not use the services to access data without authorization, bypass access controls, disrupt operations, distribute unlawful content or harass others. Access may be restricted in cases of abuse or security risk.
ClientLab, CaseLab and artificial intelligence
ClientLab is an independent simulation based on public sources. Its characters are fictional; it does not represent Destination Québec cité or provide official internal information.
ClientLab’s Google access is optional, uses your own permissions and is reserved for Antoine. Installing the plugin grants no data access. Use Google data in ChatGPT only with settings or a workspace that excludes it from model training; do not send it to third parties without authorization.
CaseLab helps design, adapt and analyze teaching cases. The instructor remains responsible for validating facts, data, learning objectives, assessment criteria and the versions distributed to students.
Generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify sources and calculations before use. The tools support your judgment and do not replace professional advice tailored to your situation.
Using the plugins in ChatGPT also depends on OpenAI’s terms and your account’s features, limits and permissions. An imported copy may require manual updating.
Privacy and third-party services
The privacy policy describes how the site handles personal information. Conversations and documents submitted in ChatGPT are also subject to OpenAI’s settings and policies; using a plugin does not automatically send them to Stéphane Hamel.
Third-party services, including OpenAI, booksellers and sign-in providers, apply their own terms. Review them when using those services.
Support and feedback
QuackBack lets you report a problem or suggest an improvement; sign-in may be required. Do not attach passwords, API keys or personal or confidential information that is unnecessary to handle your request.
Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee implementation or a response time. For privacy requests or if you cannot access the portal, use the contact address below.
Accuracy, availability and applicable rights
We do not promise that resources will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose. Take their limitations into account when making decisions and using results.
Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right, remedy or liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
Updates and contact
The update date identifies the published version of these terms. Changes apply prospectively, subject to legal requirements. For questions, contact Stéphane Hamel.
